LESA Fit

How LESA Should Feel

LESA should feel secure on your feet without being uncomfortable. Compared with regular flat sandals or flip-flops, you may notice more contact beneath the arch and around the heel. Your heel, arch and forefoot should sit naturally along the contours of the footbed, with enough room for your toes to rest and move without gripping.

A Different Feel at First

If you are used to softer or flatter footwear, LESA’s structured support may feel unfamiliar at first.

Begin with shorter periods of wear and gradually increase the time. Becoming aware of the support can be normal, but LESA should not cause significant discomfort or pain. If you experience any of the discomforts listed below, consider trying a different size or contact us for guidance.

Support should feel noticeable. Discomfort should not.

What’s Normal

What's Not

Arch feels slight pressure from below

Pressure feels sharp or persistent

Heel sits deeper within the shaped cup

Toes or heel press against edges

Footbed feels firmer than regular sandals

Straps pinch or press deeply into skin

Mild discomfort at first

Discomfort worsens as you walk

What the Right Fit Looks Like

The right support begins with the right fit. When your heel, arch and forefoot are positioned within LESA’s supportive contours, they help keep your heel stable, distribute pressure more evenly beneath the arch and give your toes room to rest and move naturally throughout every step.

Size Too Big

Excess space causes your foot to shift and the sandal to lift while walking.

The Right Size

Enough space allows your heel and toes to sit comfortably within the footbed.

Size Too Small

Lack of space causes your heel or toes to press uncomfortably against the edges.

Frequently Asked Questions

What if I am between sizes?

We recommend you select the larger size for a better fit.

What if one of my feet is larger than the other?

Use the length of the larger foot when referring to the LESA Size Guide.

Are LESA sandals suitable for wide feet?

Yes. LESA has been tested by people with wider feet and may suit many wider foot shapes. However, fit can vary between individuals. Your foot should sit comfortably within the footbed without excessive side overhang or compression.

Do the straps feel tight?

No. The straps should hold your feet securely without pinching, rubbing or creating uncomfortable pressure. They should not feel so loose that your toes need to grip the sandals to keep them in place.

How long should I allow my feet to adjust?

Begin with shorter periods of wear and gradually increase the time as your feet become familiar with the contoured shape.

Can I exchange my sandals after trying them on?

Yes. LESA offers a free one-time size exchange.
